The circular detailed below was made public by SEC . By this circular all Shareholders are expected to forward their Bank details directly to the Registrars or through their Stockbrokers to facilitate direct credit of declared dividends on Stocks in your portfolio.

To this end, we request that you urgently send in your e-dividend mandate forms for submission at the Registrars, Alternatively you may send the e-dividend mandate forms directly by yourself to the various Registrars.

It is important that you act on this requirement to ensure that your dividends are credited directly to your Bank account and minimize the need to always revalidate stale dividend warrants.
